Lend out equipment

Register a loan in seconds, with one or several things.

1. Press Lend out at the top of the app.
2. Under Who is borrowing?, type a name. If the person has borrowed before, you can pick them from the list, and their earlier loans are linked.
3. For a new person you can add an email address and phone number. Both are optional, but with an email address they get a receipt and reminders.
4. Under What?, search for the equipment and pick it. Add more things if they are borrowing several, and choose how many if there are several identical.
5. Choose a return date under Return by, or leave it empty.
6. Press Register loan. The form is then ready for the next person.

Other ways to get started

You can also open an item and lend it from there, or go to People, open a person and press Lend to this person.

If it’s booked

When an item has an upcoming booking, you see that in the search results and on the chosen line. If the loan would run into the booking, set an earlier return date, or confirm that it will be back in time.

Forgot to register a loan? Under Lent on you can choose a date up to a year back.
