Simple pricing

Everyone already registered can keep borrowing and returning as usual, but you can’t add anyone new. You can upgrade, or remove people you no longer need to free up places. Nothing is ever deleted because of the limit.

Admins are the people who log in and manage equipment and loans. Borrowers are the people you lend to, and they don’t count as admins. Invitations not yet accepted count as admins.

No. There is no minimum commitment, and you can cancel whenever you like. You keep your plan until the paid period ends and then move to Free. Time already paid for is not refunded. Nothing is deleted, but you can’t add new admins or borrowers above Free’s limits.

Associations and other non-profit organizations. Apply under Settings → Subscription, and we’ll reply by email. Once you’re approved, you can choose the price there.

Yes, the prices include VAT. Paddle, our payment partner, is the seller and handles VAT and receipts.

By card or the other payment methods Paddle offers in your country. Paddle sends receipts, and you change your card or see invoices in Paddle’s customer portal.
