Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026
These terms apply when you use Lendilo.app, a service for keeping track of equipment that is lent out. It is operated by SimplyPulse AB (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or accepting an invitation you accept these terms, including the Data Processing Agreement, which is an annex to them and part of the agreement. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. About us
SimplyPulse AB
Registration number: 559513-3561
Göteborgsvägen 46, 431 37 Mölndal, Sweden
Email: hello@lendilo.app
2. The service
Lendilo.app lets an organization register equipment, lend it out, take bookings, print QR labels and send receipts and reminders to borrowers. We may develop, change or limit the service. For changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we will tell the organization’s owner by email in advance.
3. Accounts and organizations
- An account belongs to one person. You log in with a code sent to your email address, so you are responsible for keeping that mailbox secure.
- The person who creates an organization becomes its owner and manages its settings, admins, subscription and deletion. Ownership can be transferred to another admin.
- Admins are invited by the owner and manage equipment, loans, borrowers and bookings.
- By creating an organization you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and allowed to act on its behalf.
4. Plans and payment
- Free costs nothing, has no time limit and includes up to 50 borrowers and 2 admins.
- Pro costs EUR 12 per month or EUR 120 per year and includes unlimited borrowers, 10 admins and your own text in reminders.
- Non-profit costs EUR 49 per year and includes the same as Pro. It is for associations and other non-profit organizations, after we have approved an application.
All prices include VAT. Payment is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our authorized reseller and merchant of record: Paddle is the seller, charges the payment and issues receipts. By subscribing you also accept Paddle’s terms.
A subscription renews automatically for a new period of the same length until it is cancelled. There is no minimum commitment: the owner can cancel at any time in Paddle’s customer portal, reached from Settings → Subscription. The plan then continues until the end of the paid period, and time already paid for is not refunded. This applies to monthly and yearly payment alike. Our Refund Policy describes this further, along with billing errors and your statutory rights.
We may change the prices. We will tell the owner by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to an existing subscription, and it takes effect from the next renewal.
5. When a subscription ends
When the paid period is over, the organization moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: equipment, history and admins all stay. With more admins or borrowers than Free includes, no new ones can be added and open invitations are withdrawn. Your own text in reminders is no longer used.
6. Your responsibility
You decide what is registered in Lendilo and who it concerns. The organization is responsible for:
- having the right to process the personal data of its borrowers, and for informing them about it,
- taking particular care when borrowers are children,
- not entering sensitive personal data, such as health data or national ID numbers, in names, notes or messages,
- who it gives admin access to, and what it publishes in its public catalog,
- checking equipment and deciding on the conditions of its own loans. Lendilo keeps records of loans but is not a party to them, and has no responsibility for equipment that is lost or damaged.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Lendilo.app to:
- spread content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful or otherwise harmful,
- send spam, deceive people or collect information under false pretences,
- infringe the rights of others, such as copyright,
- try to get around the service’s security or limits, or disrupt it,
- access it automatically at scale, or copy the service or its content.
We may suspend accounts or organizations that break these terms. Where possible we will tell you first.
8. Your content and data
What you enter is yours. You allow us to store and show it for as long as the service needs it, and for nothing else. You can export your data at any time under Settings → Data.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. The owner can delete the organization under Settings → Data. It disappears at once, can be restored for 30 days and is then deleted for good, images included. If it has a subscription, the subscription is cancelled at the end of the paid period. You can delete your own account under My account, once you no longer own an organization.
We may end the service with at least 90 days’ notice by email, so that you have time to export your data. Paid periods that have not been used will then be refunded in proportion.
10. Intellectual property
The software, design and the Lendilo brand belong to SimplyPulse AB. These terms give you the right to use the service, but no right to our trademark or logo.
11. No warranties
The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working, but we can’t promise that it is always available or free of errors, or that every email arrives – it may end up in a spam folder, for example. Lendilo is not a substitute for your own records where the law requires you to keep them.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost equipment, lost data or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to what the organization has paid for the service during the three months before the claim. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the latest change is always shown at the top. For material changes we will tell owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
